Saysutshun Interpretive Walking Tour
Begins at the Totem Pole where an experienced Snuneymuxw guide will talk about the Snuneymuxw First Nation sacred village sites, traditions and cultural history of Saysutshun. You will hear beautiful stories and practices that have been handed down from generation to generation. You will be led on an easy nature walk and learn about Snuneymuxw medicines and observe historical objects. The tour is approximately 1.5 hours.

Saysutshun Salmon BBQ Feast
Enjoy a traditionally cooked BBQ salmon at the BBQ fire pit. A Snuneymuxw chef will use Snuneymuxw culinary practices to cook salmon sockeye. You will observe and learn these cultural teachings handed down through the generations. Your meal will include: Salmon, baked potatoes, green salad, fresh fruit, traditional baked bread and a drink. Pre-book at least three weeks in advance.

Embark on a Snuneymuxw cedar canoe for a 30-minute guided tour on the water ushered by experienced Snuneymuxw skipper and bow man. Connect with nature while gliding the Saysutshun waters listening to Snuneymuxw songs and learning Snuneymuxw ways of life sustaining generation after generation.
